The duvet arrived well-packed and in good order.. The duvet is a gift for my son and I am not a Nightowl user so I cannot comment on the product.
Small items that can be posted through Parcel Force/Hermes, pillows, duvets and cushions etc, UK mainland.
Orders are £5.95 for 3-to-4-day delivery, or £10.00 for next day for orders received before 2.30pm.
Free delivery on orders over £50.
Any value is free within Torbay, Teignbridge and South Hams.
Orders over £2000.00 delivered free within Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
Excluding all items that are Direct Home Delivery, that will be shown at the point of purchase.

Sometimes you may find it is necessary to cancel an order. You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to us making a delivery for stock items (Products purchased which we have in stock at the time of order).

When we have received your wish to cancel, we will issue a refund in full, via the same payment method used for your initial payment. An e-mail or letter will be sent confirming the cancellation and with confirmation of the refund.
A ‘Special Order’ is an order specially made for you 'Special order' goods are those ordered to your specification, and/or made to meet your needs, including:
Mattresses
Divan beds with specified drawer combinations and fabric options
Pillows, mattress protectors & duvets
Upholstered items with fabrics/patterns/feet/cushions options and size options
Furniture with options for finishes, handles, design/style and any other options
Any made-to-measure or made-to-order items
Unless we receive your written notification to cancel within 7 working days of you receiving our first order acknowledgement e-mail, Cancellation can only be completed if the manufacturer has not scheduled or began making your order. If it is in production or scheduled we may agree to accept your cancellation, product dependent and further more we will have to charge you a fee, which is a minimum of 50% of the original order value.

Where you have placed an order for stock items through our website, you have 14 days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us that you wish to return the goods.

Once we have acknowledged your request to cancel the order, please follow these simple steps to make the process as smooth as possible:
The furniture should be returned in the condition in which it was received. Should there be any signs of damage or misuse, we will not be able to refund the goods in full.
Please retain the packaging for all items The goods must be returned in their original wrappings to allow a refund to be issued. The cost of returning items is solely down to the customer.
We will refund to you all amounts paid by you for the goods in question. Please note that any delivery costs from when the items were originally delivered will not be refunded.
Please note we are unable to accept the return of the following items which we have supplied from stock:
Mattresses and divan beds, or bedding, unless un-opened and in their original sealed packaging.
Once the goods have been returned to us and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due and make the refund payment within 7 days using the original payment method.
You do not have the right to cancel an order by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 of the Distance Selling regulations in respect of the supply of product(s) made to your specifications which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
