The coverless duvets seem lovely and we look forward to using them but it was the ease of shopping and personal communication with Ron Campion interiors which means that we would use them again.

Appreciated the personal email from store manager. UPS delivery service however was a bit lacking, the tracking wasn't easy to use and they didn't follow instructions that were updated on their website.
I have had the best experience with this company. Product great, ordering easy, delivery quick and the funniest customer service I've ever had. I had a wrong tracking number so contacted then. Received immediate response from Director saying he'd love to blame a new member of staff but can't because it was his error! Made me laugh so much and I wish all customer service was as quick, honest and funny as this one.
